These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use of https://katerinaeleftheriou.com/ (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Katerina Eleftheriou. This Site is an e-commerce website.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
Specific to Zoom Sessions
1. You, the client, are aware I am not a licensed therapist, counsellor, or any other kind of medical professional.
2. You are 18+ years old
3. These sessions and classes are for educational and entertainment purposes only and you release me of all legal liability with this understanding. The results of any advice implemented after these calls or classes are your responsibility.
4. The details of these sessions and any other personal information you provide will be kept confidential unless, a) otherwise agreed upon, b) I am required to disclose them by law enforcement, or c) I believe you might be a threat to yourself or others. Brief notes will be taken during the sessions just to help me keep track of our discussion and will be stored locally on my computer. The individual video sessions will not be recorded. However, by agreeing to this, you understand that I can/will use the general topics as informative content for my social media platforms. Classes will be recorded and sent to all participants, as stated within the booking information for each class.
5. If you have a more severe mental health concern you should instead seek professional medical help and I, Katerina, have the right to refuse a session at any time should I deem that I am not fit to help you with your specific needs or that we are not a good fit for these sessions.
6. Cancellations or rescheduling of a session or class will need to be made 48 hours in advance for a refund, otherwise the full price of the session will be charged. If you have purchased a monthly package, you will be able to reschedule the session. I reserve the right to decide if/when a refund is applicable. If you have encountered an emergency situation that prevents you from making it to one of these sessions, then we can discuss it in more detail and I can consider a potential refund should I deem the cause of cancellation valid.
7. I, Katerina, also reserve the right to cancel a session or a class with you 48 hours prior. If there is a last-minute emergency and I cannot make it the day of without 48-hour notice then I will provide a full refund or allow you to reschedule should you want to.
8. You are responsible for the outcomes of implementing any advice or insights discussed in these sessions and classes.
9. These calls and classes are not a replacement for therapy.
10. Every session and class will be paid for in advance and will be 60 or 30 minutes long, either individually or as a package deal depending on your selection above. These sessions and classes are the extent to which we will converse. Should you need additional conversations, you can book another session or we can discuss additional options separately.
Specific to Email Guidance

3. These emails are for educational and entertainment purposes only and you release me of all legal liability with this understanding.
4. The details of these emails and any other personal information you provide will be kept confidential unless otherwise agreed upon. However, by agreeing to this, you understand that I can/will use the general topics as informative content for my social media platforms.
5. If you have a more severe mental health concern you should instead seek professional medical help and I, Katerina, have the right to refuse email guidance at any time should I deem that I am not fit to help you with your specific needs or that we are not a good fit for these emails.
6. Cancellations and refunds of an email session can be made within 48 hours of purchasing. However, after 48 hours of purchasing and once an email has been written and sent to you there will be no refunds.
7. I, Katerina, also reserve the right to cancel an email request with you 48 hours after purchase. If there is an emergency on my end and I cannot write/send an email to you within a week of purchasing then I will let you know as soon as possible.
8. You are responsible for the outcomes of implementing any advice or insights discussed in these emails.
9. These emails are not a replacement for therapy.
10. Every email will be paid for in advance. These emails are the extent to which we will converse. Should you need additional guidance, you can book another email session.
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Katerina Eleftheriou and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age to use our Site is 18 years old. By using this Site, users agree that they are over 18 years old. We do not assume any legal responsibility for false statements about age.
Acceptable Use

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services we provide.
