If you’re here it’s probably because you’re a people-pleaser that has spent most of their life operating from a place of misalignment.
You probably make it a point to bend and mould yourself to fit the identity that you believe others will value and approve of rather than showing up authentically. You probably use coping mechanisms and distancing strategies to ensure that no one sees you for who you truly are because you don’t feel worthy enough to be perceived. You probably hold yourself back from being vulnerable with the people in your life because you equate vulnerability to weakness and being weak means you can be taken advantage of or abandoned by others. And, at the core of it, you don’t trust yourself to stand up for your needs and desires, so instead, you acquiesce to what you think others expect from you and the cycle continues.
If I hit the nail on the head it’s because I’ve been where you are and have worked my way out of it with years of therapy and personal development work. I’ve dived deep into the darkness and brought my shadows out into the light one by one. I’ve gone from being a closed-off, inauthentic people-pleaser to someone who is comfortable being vulnerable with those in my life and to my online audience of over a hundred thousand people, something I never thought I would be capable of doing. I’ve learned to establish the self-trust needed to know that I will set the right boundaries and express myself in all the necessary ways to ask for what I want and draw a line for what I don’t. My story is one that I’m sure many people have also struggled through and I’m here to say that it is possible to align with the kind of person you know you truly are. Breaking these self-limiting beliefs and unhealthy habits just takes some honesty and consistency.
The work isn’t easy, but it’s simple.
That’s where I come in.
My goal with these guidance offerings is to be for others who I wish I had when I was struggling with my self-awareness in my younger years. My approach is something between a therapist (which I am not) and a friend. I use my own experience to guide you through your struggles in an objective way so that we can actually get to some solid conclusions together about how to approach your personal growth journey. Receiving guidance from someone who has been where you currently are might be exactly what you need to get started on making some impactful shifts in your patterns and behaviours.
After years of working on my own personal development (through professional help from a therapist while reading/listening to/watching others within the personal development community), I want to share my acquired knowledge and unique tools with anyone else who needs them.

Cancellations for a full refund of sessions must be made 48 hours prior to the session. Once a session has been completed, and any additional services have been sent to you, we will have to come to an understanding and agreement about whether a refund will be issued should the services not meet your expectations.
