Why we need it and how we use it:
We need to know this basic personal data in order to contact you regarding your product or service and to monitor your progress.
You will not be added to any other marketing lists unless you have opted into those yourself. If you are also an email subscriber, please see the Opt Out section below. We send out marketing emails and newsletters to keep our users informed about any new products and services, or to share informative content.

How Long We Store Personal Data
User data will be stored for 6 years to comply with Ontario Tax requirements.
You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
